Custom Products — No Returns

All MapVibe Studio products are custom-made to order. Each poster or canvas is printed specifically for you based on your unique design choices. For this reason, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for non-defective items once your order has been submitted for production. See Damaged or Defective Items below for exceptions.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before production begins. To request a cancellation, please contact us through our support form immediately.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us through our support form within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will either reprint your order or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Design Approval

Our editor includes a mandatory design approval step before checkout. By confirming your design, you accept that the final print may vary slightly from the digital preview due to color, material, and printing differences.
